Mediafly Customer Summit 2017: Collaborate. Inspire. Evolve.

By Mediafly | September 25, 2017

Mediafly hosted its first ever customer summit on Tuesday, September 19th. The event was led by the Customer Success team. Attendees came from a wide variety of industries and were all current users of Mediafly’s Evolved Selling™ solution. Consistent with Customer Success’ best-in-class account management approach and client advocacy mission, the summit was a full day of knowledge-sharing and collaboration. It helped existing Mediafly clients to network, identify ways to advance sales enablement within their organizations, and optimize the use of their customized Mediafly mobile solutions to gain the most value.

In different sessions and panels, customers discussed how using Mediafly helps them overcome sales engagement and marketing content challenges, every day. They saw how the Mediafly mobile platform is used in different ways across various industries, brands and discussed best practices. They shared how interactive presentation features, digital transformation, and customization all play a role in helping them reach their sales and marketing goals. Fun was also on the agenda, as at the end of the day, customers wandered outdoors for a surprise game of mini-golf and cupcakes!

Here’s what some of the attendees had to say about the summit and Mediafly’s Customer Success team:

“I will suggest my administrator attend next year!”

“Great job! Other companies provide an end-to-end product but do not put in the effort to help their clients get the most out of the product.”

“I cannot overstate how eye-opening it been seeing the diverse ways in which other businesses have used the platform.”
